somting weired on stating car

i press start button and i takes 3~4 sec to started the car.
sounds like whee~!whee~1whee~!whee~!wheee~broom..
i just press 1 time on start button. after this happen i turned off and it's fine ...

3-4 is borderline normal but it could be an indication that the infamous fuel pump is on its way out

Sounds like a fuel pump to me.. Ive already had to take my car in twice for the fuel pump.
