Shorter Aerial?

Evening guys,

Thanks for your advice the other day for the ipod and cruise control kits.

I put a desposit down on a used 123d 3 door, see here - http://www.1addicts.com/forums/showt...398#post283398

One thing which will bug me is that aerial. It it possible to put on a new shorter one? I never really use the radio much and the standard one looks ridiculous. Had anyone sourced a shorter one from a UK supplier. Loads on ebay but not sure how well they fit or the quality.

Hi Graeme, as it's not a problem that coupe owners have, you might not get too much info here... Have you thought about posting in the forum's small hatchback section (http://www.1addicts.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=8) or on babybmw?

I bought one off Ebay for my MINI which is fairly decent. I plan to use it on my 135i convertible that is due this week.

I think this is the one that I got.

SCZ4, yeah they sell mini antennas all over the internet especially for VW's. I think most antennas are the same size screw. You might also consider getting the Shark Fin, I think **********s.com sells it. Might give it a try...
