Get normal tyres rather than run flats, that's the easy choice. You'll easily save £100+ on a full set.
The only risk you take is having to pay £40-50 or so for a new TPMS is you do get a puncture and have to use some tyre goo |

Are there TMPS's? I thought the ECU worked it out from wheel rotation speed....

Cost us £1200 to change the 4 tyres on our 335d!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
£360 each for the rears Thankfully my company pays for my 135i tyres, so I chew them up for fun:biggrin:
