Thumbs down Fibre Optix

Well, I dont have to say a lot about them besides the fact that their customer service and treatment toward potential buyers is terrible. I think most of us know that here. Since none of the threads are up, here is one from e90post. Seems he is the exact same way over there.

You should have seen the post from them last night giving everyone the finger. Childish people seem to be everywhere these days.

It honestly does not matter to me if I have or have not purchased from him for me to have an opinion. And to answer the question of course I HAVE NOT nor EVER will. In my frist post it says "the fact that their customer service and treatment toward potential buyers is terrible." Notice how I say treatment of POTENTIAL buyers, meaning me. Every post that had on here was blatantly rude to their customers. I am just glad that I knew before I purchased things from him. So caveat emptor (buyer beware)

If someone wants to defend him and have a positive experience by all means please start a thread about them. Thats the point of this, to get all views on the subject matter. Heck, I would be interested in seeing how many people have dealt with them and have had a good experience. Maybe I am wrong in thinking they are a second rate hack job of a company.

TJ, the loser that runs FibreOptix, is not only rude and inconsiderate, he has a long history of going onto various car forums, creating multiple accounts, and insulting everyone.

Here is an example from the havoc he caused on the 7-series forum. In this post he even admits to creating multiple accounts, being banned multiple times, and insulting everyone.

http://www.7post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=140552

From TJ's big mouth:

Quote:
Most of you guys know, i had about 4 screen names. TeeJay3580 was the first when i first got my car. For reasons still UNknown and UNexplain today, this name was BANNED April 2nd.

Then, TeeJay3587 was created. This teejay was so pissed, he got on the forum and ran his mouth about being banned. Within 24 hrs, all posts that i was typing were not being seen. Didn't figure this one out for another 24hrs later.

Then, SilverBullet was created and kept his mouth shut only to display his car and nod to the ones who acknowledged him. A few nights ago i put a post up, not realizing i was under FibreOptix and posted pix of my car and got fingures pointed at me again.

Just wanted to clarify that all these personalities were me. NOW THAT I AM BACK ON MY MEDICATION, i am one person again. And i got three refills on my script

Because i too was getting confused, i will be using (2) and ONLY (2) screen names. TeeJay3580 and FibreOptix. TeeJay3580 is my personal
On this 1addicts forum, he was also known to create multiple accounts, under the names FibreOptix and Arlene, and insulting everyone.

In short, stay far away from the loser.

I wasn't defending them but I just wanted to ask if you had made a purchase that was all... I was just curious to see if this was feedback based on a purchase or just based on the threads... thats all....

I do not believe there are any threads still open created by Fibre Optix (or any of the 'doing-business-as' aliases) in the Commercial Sales forum.

If you do run across any new 'Fibre Optix' threads, please use the notification tool, at the lower left of the post (), to report it to the admins/mods.

Thanks!

BTW- In case they are still lurking and were wondering I was ready to purchase both CF Spitter and emblems until things went south. If only they had even a stitch of customer service skills they might have had some of my business. I am sure there are many others that are in the market for some of the products they were selling (not making:wink and have since changed their minds.

I guess the next vendor to offer a CF Splitter and has some customer service skills will get my order:iono:

Wow that's incredible.. I mean you compare that to some of our vendors here.. Like AndyM or Dan@United.. I mean these guys are givin 'er with lots of added value. When I first came here I was amazed vendors even spent their time on message boards at all!

The other crazy thing is.. I really trust you guys (fellow forum-goers) and respect your opinions. If you all have a good experience with a vendor on here, you can bet I'll be more likely to go with them. It's amazing how much reputation they can build right here, and how sensitive that reputation can be.

This FibreOptix guy is CRAZY! I mean who's going to buy from him now?? How much business would he even achieve outside of these boards?

the fibre cerial is ov-ah... (ov-ah pronounced from iron chef)

Did anyone ever get any products in the end?

I bet his garage is going to have a lot of stale fibre now.

EspressoBoy

PS
I almost died reading the post... I was going to joke about "maybe he misplaced his meds..." and thought that is personal, and is a no-no...now he even admits to it... My guess... and it's a guess, he works for a family member with very deep pockets and is maybe unaware what he does. This is why it kind of doesn't make sense to all of us... Seemingly very good product and that's it! Anyway as in lion king... whack/whack it's in the past...so what does it matter now. I wonder if he will repost with a "firesale" later... hmmmm

Ok I hope I don't offend anyone here, but when I read TJ or Arlene's post, the words "trailer trash" immediately come to mind! Lol. I really cannot understand it. They have good products in CF lip and bonnet. I would have bought them if they aren't such arses. I think perhaps he should stick to manufacturing and leave distribution to pros like Riss Racing or Dan@United (not that he will be allowed to sell aftermarket stuff). Maybe Anthony from Riss Racing can contact him lol.
