Medford BMW

Let me be the first to post a 'good guy' response, I'd like to compliment Medford BMW for notifying me 7 minutes after the 1-series demos hit the lot, I was there 8 minutes later. Kudos to my SA, Paul Johnson. Thanks, dude.

Update. Paul calls me at 9:07AM to report my 135i hit the dealership at 6:30PM the previous evening, goes into dealer prep at the time of his call, will be ready for pick up at 11:00AM. That is as good as it gets.

For those in southern Oregon, within the operating radius of Medford BMW, should you be considering the purchase of a BMW, seek out Paul Johnson, he will accommodate your wishes with promptness and aplomb, he is polite, efficient and considerate. Paul Johnson is the man to see. Tell him Cody sez' hi.

6/14/08, the BMW Test Drive for Breast Cancer rolled into town, as it was time for a new driver's license photo I had a paper temporary as issued by the DMV , the sign-in girl for the tour was most uncooperative, stubborn, would only recognize a 'hard copy' as a legitimate driver's license, the dealership manager sought the tour manager, explained that Oregon does things a bit differently than other states, the tour manager bought-off on the deal, I blasted out in an M3. Woohoo! Thanks are do for the dealership manager, Brent Waler.
