Hatchback headlight housings vs. 135i

Current hatchback owners, is it easy to disassemble your headlight housing (if you've ever tried)

My E46 takes me less than 5 mins to competely open up, however, I've heard that the new generation 3 series has a glue that is stronger than a weld joint.

I've got Xenons but havent tried, I could guess that it's a bit hard to remove beacuse of the xenons.
What are you planing to do?

This is true the current 3 series is a b*tch to open. And most of the time they will crack. If not done correctly. The e46's where cake.

... i had to bake my wrx headlights to soften the glue enough to open the headlights up. Similar procedure for the new 1/3 series?

What is the point? These come with angel eyes in them so whats the reason for wanting to open them up? Also, good luck getting them to seal back up properly and not allow moisture in there.
