Blackberry Address Book

Does anyone know if there is a way to PREVENT my address book from syncing or force it to look to the SIM card?

I have a huge contact list on my BB and a very small list of key numbers on my SIM card. The Bluetooth seems to only want to grab my main address book and I only really need my key numbers.

not as far as I know - it's been a lot of yelling over hte past couple of years to get proper obex integration and get folks to have their full phonebook.

most folks set up a category and only sync those that are needed to the BB under those categories - so out of 1,000 you have 200 - it's better than the entire phone book
