Getting Code for age of transmission fluid
I've been going through all the fluids on my 2011 E91 along with some other maintenance items which have been overlooked by previous owners. One thing I noticed after running a scan on my ArtiDiag600 S scanner is a code for age of transmission fluid. I don't have any warning lights or indications on the dash. No problems when shifting through the gears. The ATF looked reasonably good and has probably been changed before. The car has 175k miles on it. I'm wondering if there is a way to reset the computer to let it know that the fluid has been changed? If there is, it probably was not reset when the ATF was changed last. I get the same message for the transfer case oil. Thanks.
