If I was to lease a complete base 335i sedan 09 what numbers should I look for?

lets say inception only
and 36/10 or 39/10 whichever gives you lower payments.

and sales tax I'll just add by myself or its 7% here in NJ.
Inceptions usually add up to 1500? including first payment right?

please help me out. thank you!

also do you guys thinks I the deals would get better in May or now with the 09s?
