i have a 2008 535xi loaner fully loaded(73k) for my 540i right now..it charges my iphone 3g without an adapter yet my 03/07 build e92 335 does not..i bought a product called Scosche.. it is an adapter that snaps into the bottom of you iphone 3g and converts it so it can charge..i got it at the apple store and the last two they had so i imagine they are selling fast.. anyways i haven't even driven my 335 in a while b/c of the crap weather but i might today. b/c i need to give her a good 3-4 hour wash. i have no doubt this converter will work as it has on every other thing i have tried even a bose dock..really a great lil converter for 20 bucks!! hope this helps some of you!!!
