Storm Bay Color Doubled in Price

I'm still waiting for BMW to start offering Dynamic Assistance Professional Package before placing the order. In the meantime, the price of the chosen color (Storm Bay Metallic) doubles in price for no reason (technically goes up by $550 to total of $1200). Thoughts?

It looks like picking individual colors are going to cause more delays. Something to consider while ordering storm grey.

The price hasn’t changed in Canada since the first release at the beginning of July. $1450. CND

Don't know why Storm Bay is so expensive in most countries apart from the UK where it is only £595.

When I ordered 2 of these back in August, Storm Bay was the same as Phytonic.

I agonized a bit over Utah but concluded it was too brown an orange for me. Would’ve gotten Atacama as an Individual color, but our current leases expire much too soon to wait. I usually go for the most ridiculous color they have but decided to get my first-ever grey bimmer.

We’re getting these to replace an X3M40i that’s bigger than we need and a Z4M40i that my knees no longer like getting into and out of.
