How long to get SD back?

Hi all,

I apologize if this has been posted before :-\

I ended the lease on an '07 E92 328xi on December 2, 2008, and leased an '09 E90 335i on the same day. I got a notification from BMW on the 6th about my end of term charges that looks like this (and I noticed today, the 15th, that they applied the disposition fee loyalty credit):

Mileage Charges
Excess Mileage:
0
Charge per Mile:
$0.00
Total Excess Mileage Charge:
$0.00
Disposition Fee per Contract:
$350.00
Disposition Fee Loyalty Credit:
($350.00)
Subtotal:
$0.00
Sales/Use Tax:
$0.00
Total Other Charges:
$0.00
Subtotal:
$0.00
Security Deposit:
($500.00)
Total Charges:
($367.50)

First, they know seem to show on paper now that I did lease another BMW so I won't be charged the disposition fee. How long is it typically until I get the $500 SD back? Or do they just apply it to my next account?

Second, what the the "Total Charges" of ($367.50) about? It's a credit of some sort. Is it the "low mileage upon lease end" credit, or is it something else? Does this mean I'm getting back $867.50, or just the original $500 SD?
