e91 Android headunit help

Hello, just got my Android headunit yesterday installed right away now I have some issues.

1. The sound is very flat and with 0 bass, the seller only now mentioned, their units do not support hifi sound, witch i think i dont have.

I have these under seat subwoofers with MASK2 navigation system.

Car vin is WBAVU51090A105553

Is there a solution to get the HiFi system to work with Android headunit ?
The sound system works when I use direct AUX to phone or OEM FM radio.

Hope to get quick answer.

The problem is the AUX is a low for Input.
And the Hi Fi system is already bad.
The Hi Fi system really is marginal due to the weak amp.
You can't turn it up at all due to distortion. I falls right apart when you do.
I could detect no bass out of mine even through the CD or Radio.

I also have M-ASK system with Android HU.

The bass was there with stereo & with hi-fi coding. Probably bad connection somewhere as i do remember sound was very weird when there was loose connection at the back of android unit.

Its weird, it was unit fault. As the selles sent me and soft update file, and now it has fixed itself. Thank you all for replies.
