HID fogs: SUCCESS!

Hey guys,

So after trying a kit offline and failing i tried another kit that i found while shop hunting. The guy sweared the kit would work, he doesnt do installs though, cool with me i rather do it myself and see how it works (sleep better at night). It was a $180 no name kit but i gave it a shot. He ordered it and got it over night, picked it up today and installed it! I thought id let you guys know because kits are impossible to find less than 200-300 anddd this doesnt require a whole harness!

After 1-2 hour install in my heated garage we had a 100% success with the kit, we let it run, roughed the wires up to make sure connections were secure. Soo happy with the results.

My car is a 2008 March build E92. Bulb was H8 at 8000K.

I can get more from him if you guys want but I dont know for sure if it will work on other cars.

Yeah no kidding

There are a lot of kits that are just mass produced and relabeled anyway for various types of sales

A friend of mine has a "hid store' on the internet and I asked him the same thing and he said his were made for this site but I have been to Korea and have seen a lot of kits that are the same w/ different names

8000K? Is that a pure blue or more white?

Is it possible to get them in 6000K?

I would consider HID fogs if they matched the headlights.

As of now...my 7500K's are wayy too blue..they don't match the headlights at all, and barely match the angels. I gotta go for a lower temperature.

on a side note:
it is 4300k but the physics behind the HID projector and its convexity causes the pure white light to bend a little. I forgot how it works.
