2012 BMW 328i coupe N51 tranny acting up

At 100k the GA6L45 GM tranny acted up threw 56BB code so I flushed it with about 13 quarts of VI fluid. The fluid inside was really dark so it was long overdue. I did not open the pan out to change the filter. Reset adaptations with Autel 708 bidirectional. worked great for about a month then it started having the High RPM issue and not changing gears at regular RPM. No codes this time.

Opened the pan up changed the filter and replaced the fluid taken out of the pan only about 4.5 quarts. Did the 95F fill to top it off all good again for 5 days than back to the high rpm when changing gears in all modes.

Last night I reset adaptations again and took it out for about 30 min to check temperature and it kept at around 179 to 183. I think that is ok.

Read all about the mechatronic and seals that might be stiff and need replacement. Transmission oil cooler regulator and transmission heat exchanger that one person changed for the same issue. Have yet to locate their location.

I don't know if this is an electronic thing or pressure thing. My son drives the car and said each time this happened it was 2 hours after driving and restarting the car. So it never happened while driving always after resting it for 2 hours.

SO any advice would be greatly appreciated thanks in advance.
