Reputable tuner/repair shop in Philly

About a month ago I traded my 2000 E39 M5 for a E92 M3. I ordered a front grill, AFe airfilter and UUC SSK, and was looking for a good BMW tuner shop in Philly to install the stuff. I could not find anything good and near by. So i decided to go to see if Anzor could do it. He used to service my M5, but never put any upgrades on it. All of my M5 upgrades were DINAN and done by the dealer.
Anzor said to install a SSK, filter and grill would be piece of cake. All of it took him two hours, he did a good, professional and clean job, and charged me $165 for all the work. BTW he said i can participate, but that would cost more :-)

There is a silver E39 M5 in Philly that he put a lot of after market upgrades in, and i know he was doing couple STIs and Legacys.
