Got a chance to put her up on a dyno (Dynojet 224x) today at a local cars and coffee that had a mobile dyno on site.

Was super happy with the numbers! Got a hair over 401hp (they didn't measure torque) at the wheels.

Sadly I forgot to turn on my data logger in BM3, So didn't get any more data. But she felt strong!

Nah, just for track days (and dynos). I switch to the 93 octane stage 2 map for daily driving.

It works out to about 8oz of boostane per 5 gallons of fuel to reach over 100 octane So a 32 ounce bottle is good for about 20 gallons of fuel. Each track day I tend to go through a full tank plus 2 5 gallon cans. So roughly 40 ounces of boostane needed per day at the track.

I've heard boostane (and other similar octane boosters) leave an orange residue in your engine and potentially out the back of the exhaust. Do you notice this?

It does, and will. It's not too bad. Most people say it doesnt cause any issues with how the car runs.

Gotcha - I have considered it in the past to bump up my octane from 91 -> 93/95 on track, but wasn't really sure if it was worth it for probably slightly more HP.
