Spacer sizes??

Im still trying to decide on spacer sizes. Are there suggestions? Examples? Standards? I have the H&R super sport speaks with 19" factory offset wheels (front: 225/40 r19 rear: 255/35 r19)

Maybe pictures??

I'm running 19" factory wheels with the tire specs you mentioned. I'm sitting on Dinan springs with bms 12mm fronts and 15mm rears

When I still had 225/255 I was running 10 front and 18 rear. Started at 10 front/15 rear before moving to 18 rear. I think 12 would have been perfect up front. Recommend the BMS spacers as well.

Thank you very much! Was rubbing much of an issue? My springs lower the front by apprx 1.5".

I was on stock M sport suspension and never had any rubbing. Are you lowered in the rear as well? My new wheels and tires poke more than my spacers used to so now I believe I could have ran 15/20 without issue. I would say the best way to find out is by going out to the car and measuring different widths and imagining what would look the best and what would fit. Seeing how much room you specifically have in your wheel well. I don't want to tell you with certainty because I am not really sure how the lowering affects it.

what size tire are you running? 10mm/12mm up front and 15mm in the rear works well. I am running 15mm up front and 20mm in the rear. I'm running a 225 wide tire on the street...

I had 10f/12r H&R before I installed the F80 control arms and tension struts. That mod pushes the wheel out so i took the front spacers off.
Its definitely not as aggressive as what most ppl run but im not a nig fan of tire poke.
