Any of the LED angel eyes have DRL?

I just bought a set of LED's for the angel eyes but they don't have the DRL function. They don't get stronger/brighter when I put them on DRL.

Does any of the LED-solutions have the DRL-function?

I was under the impression that they actually don't DIM when the lights come on, not that they don't BRIGHTEN when the lights aren't on (DRL). I could be wrong as I don't have these.

When I compare the LED to the Mtec when the switch is on DRL, then the Mtec has more power, but not as blue as the LED.
