M-Adaptive Replacement Dampers

I've bent a strut, and the car has 70k, so it's time for new shocks and struts. I don't really want to go to coil-overs and I don't want to delete the EDC. I think I am going to get some lowering springs, but I could still go either way at this point. I'm reasonably happy with how the car handles, though less body roll would be cool, and I've previously had an E46 M3 and an E90 with the BMW Performance Suspension, so I can deal with that level of sportiness easily.

Should I go with OEM, Bilstein B4, or Bilstein B6, and why?

Oem and b4 they say are the same

The B6 adaptives improved my overall handling immensely and gave the car that on the rails feeling. Not as great as my STI, and with still some body roll present.

Since this is a luxury spirts sedan I am 100% pleased so far, now just have to get my rack fixed

Overall though the cars handling and performance are improved

I wouldn't mix B4 and OE EDC dampers. The B4 are "around OE" levels of damping, but since Bilstein only uses one damping profile for the entire F2x and F3x line, you don't really know what you're getting, and it's probably a mismatch with the OE ones.

As for B4 vs B6 damptronic sets, just depends if you want a higher damping or not. Dampers don't affect the final amount of body roll, but the rate at which you get there.
