AM/FM Radio Antenna splitter

I'm looking for a way to use the stock AM/FM antenna for my scanner and/or CB radio. Does anyone have a wiring diagram or know what kind of connector the system uses from the antenna to the head unit? Trying to dig up some information on this in particular, but haven't found anything so far.

radio to bnc, you can connect bnc to CB

you need to understand that your FM/AM antenna does not have the SWR you need for cb, you can maybe listen but you won't be able to transmit
