Does Motul RBF600 brake fluid look like the OEM brake fluid? Or is it a funky color like the blue/gold ATE brake fluid?

It doesn't stain the reservoir if that's what you're asking...

I used this on my WRX for a while.. didn't keep the car long enough to have long term issues... What did it do to your S4?

I'm interested in the motul stuff but want to make sure it is not a 'conspicuous' change to the vehicle...

Yeah it does look very close. After some use, should be near impossible to tell the difference.

It really did it to my first Audi A4. The rubber seal ended up getting damaged...and the brake pedal made a very noticable squeak every time I depressed the pedal..and eventually...the pedal got stuck in the fully down position..and wouldnt return to normal position.

Basically it looks like slightly dirty OEM fluid.

If your service tech can tell the difference between RBF600 and dirty BMW fluid, he's a better man than me!
