Make sure you get one that is HW version 4.1 to ensure smooth id6 operation. If you don't already have an EVO then you'll need an ATM unit, if you purchase this wiring harness then hardware install is 100% plug and play: https://www.ebay.com/itm/BMW-F-SERIE...Y/163330868386
Coding is required but it's not super hard if you're already familiar with e-sys. |

My HU is the NBT-evo 4 so will have the GPS connector on correct? If I put a new HU (iD6 HW 4.1) your saying it won’t have a connector on the back correct? So where would I run my GPS cable from the rear trunk/boot? Sorry just trying to work it all out before I make the plunge |

If it's not plugged into ATM, you essentially need an extension cord in layman's term to run from the connector in the dash to the plug on the ATM. |
