All four tires out of alignment
I had a flat tire last week, and was getting it replaced Saturday, which by the way costed almost $400.00 w/ install for a single tire (255/35/18 Bridgestone Potenza RFT). As the shop was putting the tire on, I noticed that all the the tires were wearing on the outside prematurely. I only have 6,000 miles on the clock, so I had them do an alignment and found that all four were out. I made an appointment with the dealer today to take a look. Should I demand that they replace all tire for me? Has anybody else had this problem?

If there is somebody out there that understands the specs, here they are from the alignment analysis...maybe you can decode this for me

this is not something a backyard wkend enthusiast does, I suggest bring it to a station that does this for they have a machine to do it with. and after they do it, demand that they provide you a printout on the settings and then compare it with your specs, w/c i assume came for BMW, make sure it falls within those guidelines.
As for tire wear replacement, nice try! good luck

Did they use the correct settings for a E90 with Sport suspension and properly load the car before setting it in ???
Most place dont and thus set the car incorrectly, many even use E46 settings. I would only have a BMW dealer set the alignment Sport suspension by its nature wears certain edges out quicker due to its camber that improves cornering. If you dont want this, dont get sport suspension. The factories use a laser system to align the wheels properly for its suspension type at the end of production

E90, they had the e90 specs, but I didn't have them do the alignment, just check it with the laser system...and gave me a printout of the specs from the computer. They even told me to take the car back to the dealer (and not do it by them) since I only had 6,000 on the clock. I really don't care about the extra wear of tires and that's why i got the sport suspension, but shouldn't the tires be wearing evenly?
