Coilover Height Won't Go Up

Installed the Solowerks S1 on my E92 335 this week, and I'm having ride height issues - on the passenger side only. I set the spring perches to a level I was sure would end up being too high, and with the links attached, the tire is still tucked.

I just took the end links off (Eibach front swaybar and Hotchkis adjustable links) so that I could set them at ride height... and the driver's side looks decent - but the passenger side is still tucked. The reason I got these was to fix the passenger side height and so far the adjustment seems to be having no impact, even with links disconnected. Could this be an issue with the control arms being torqued incorrectly?

Any ideas appreciated.
