Spare Key Blade

Can anyone recommend a firm that can cut a new key blade? I kitesurf and currently remove the key blade from the standard fob to take in the water and then use to open the driver's door (and then deactivate alarm using fob which is hidden inside)

The removable blade is an awkward shape and I am likely to break the clip bit over time so thought I would just get a simple skeleton key cut.

Anyone else done this?

My E46 came with a plastic key to keep in your wallet to use when you accidentally locked other keys in the car.
Do you know anyone with a 3d printer?
They may be able to knock one or two up to have as spares.
