Upgrading standard LED bulbs

Can the bulbs on standard LED headlights be upgraded and has anyone done it?

They're pretty rubbish to be honest, the xenons in my 56 plate rs4 are much better

Ive looked online and can only find conversion kits

Nope.

Your problem is probably headlight alignment, BMW align them pointing far too low. I raised mine a bit and they were fantastic.
