Over the last couple of weeks I've had s bit of an issue with the boot lid closing in my 435d. It will open fine, but when I push either the button or the fob, it will close to about 3/4 then suddenly stop as if something is in the way, when there's nothing there.

It's an intermittent problem as it happened s couple of weeks ago then suddenly started operating perfectly again. It takes about 5-10 mins in constantly holding the open/release on boot lid to get it to finally close. Can't force it closed either as when I push down on it, the pistons give serious fight back.

Has anyone encountered an issue like this? I'm assuming some sort of sensor is out of whack but I can't even see where the sensor is?!

Any help gratefully appreciated
