Upgrading car model on lease

Hey guys, I was wondering if it was possible, before I called the dealer and look stupid to upgrade my 08' 328xi to a 335xi, it's currently leased and if I do upgrade do you think they would charge a lease termination fee? And has anyone done this or heard of someone doing this?

You would essentially be buying a new car and trading in one just after you bought it. In other words, you will get hosed. Probably cost you a couple thousand dollars on top of the price difference of the 328 and 335.

With the values of cars tanking, expect to pay around 5 g's to make a move like that.
