Tyre pressure for 20" run flat tyres

Hi all

What tyre pressures are people using, i'm hoping i am running the right amount for the load i am carrying:
Two adults and two teenage boys.

Does 40psi seem a bit high to you?

Thanks!

do UK cars have a sticker in the driver's door jam? in the US that sticker has the proper tire pressures otherwise I would look in the owner's manual

My sticker says 32psi, but dealer put 40psi, it jumps like hell over rough surface, I lowered it to 32 and is now much more acceptable.

I recall reading somewhere that the pressure is supposed to be 40 psi. I checked on the door pillar and it says 39. In general, you should not go lower than the pressure on the door pillar.

40psi all round, just seems like a bit of a high figure. When i got the car each tyre had a different tyre pressure reading ranging from 32 to 37.

If you have a lower than recommend tyre pressure you'll increase drag and you'll suffer from a higher than normal fuel consumption.

Thanks

My sticker says its 2.4bar (34.8 psi) on the front and 2.6bar (37.7 psi) on the back if the car is only carrying 1 passenger and 1 driver.
However, i set mine to 34 all around and it feels perfectly fine.
