Looking for help with radio upgrade

First off, i don't know if I'm posting this in the right section, but i hope i am.

So, after scouring these forums and searching on google for hours im still at a loss and need help.

I'm looking to replace my 6.5" screen with something more modern.
Basically I'm looking for a way to play music from Spotify and have access to google maps.

here is my predicament, the information i have gathered regarding CIC/NBT is making me confused.

My 335 has the build date:2012-06-25 according to mdecoder.com, that (i think) means i have the CIC, but the LVDS connector on the back of the screen is a 6-pin, and as far as i know those came on the NBT“s.

I don't have a combox in my trunk but my car is to old to have NBT (my research tells me they integrated into the headunit in 14).

I also don't have navigation, but i can connect my phone to make calls via bluetooth.

So I've looked at the 10" android units on eBay/aliexpress and they say they only work 2013 with the 6-pin connector. So then di i have a 6-pin CIC???

I'm so lost in all this that any help would be gratefully accepted.

Best Regards
Shewii
