Selling my e92 328i xdrive to begin search for 335is, leave BMW PE on or sell

As the title says, I'm beginning the process of selling my 328i privately. I put a BMW PE on about 8 months ago. I'm trying to decide if it worth the effort to put the original back on and sell the PE on it's own or ask for a little more and leave it on. I'm leaning towards removing it since most people who will look at my car will not appreciate it for what it is. Thoughts folks?

I'm on the west side of Lancaster County. The PE is for a coupe.

I would sell it and put it back to stock. You won't get anything extra for it by leaving it on the car. Plus, a lot of buyers actually get turned off by mods because they have the illusion that you modded other things and drove it hard and raced it around etc. I know it's something small, but it's the perception.

Good point about the perception. I didn't take that into consideration.

I would sell it, it's worth a bit of money on it's own, but if you're selling the car it will either add no value at all, or it will detract from it if they notice.

I'd sell it as is, but give them the old muffler as part of the deal. I'd probably mark up the car another $750.00 because it has the PE muffler on it.
