Best way to track a coolant leak?

My bro's 2010 E92 328i has a small coolant leak near the passenger side fog light area. Small little drips only. After parking overnight for 10-12 hours, there would be a wet spot on the ground with a diameter of 8-10 inches. Coolant light will come on every 10-14 days and require topping off.

It's not coming from the coolant reservoir seams. It's 100% dry in that area. What's the best way to track down a coolant leak? Dye and UV light?

Thanks guys. Happy Holidays.
