Not sure I'm seeing 10k worth of options in your spec, I must be missing something

A new 435d with 4k worth of options is valued at 16k at the 4y mark so your price looks a little toppy

Good luck with the sale, I await the inevitable abuse

And welcome to the forum

The price does look a little high for a four year old car, but it also looks immaculate. It looks brand new on the pics. At 32k it’s low mileage so you could add maybe 8% to the normal price for that. It has HUD which is desirable also.

M sport plus pack
Adaptive suspension
Pro navigation
Rear view camera
Surround view camera
Head up display
Electric folding mirrors
Adaptive LED's with HBA
Heated seats
Storage pack
Sliding armrest
DAB
Connected drive with concierge/apps/RTI
Carbon boot spoiler

Very very well spec'd car.

On this forum, if it isn't a bargain, the prices get ridiculed.

Autotrader is your best bet but allow for some slippage in the price as you will get offered less.

So less than 10 grands worth then?

DAB and heated seats must be REALLY special on a car that has them as standard

And again welcome to the forum, its always nice to meet new people with minimal posting history using this place to flog overpriced cars for free

Pro nav also standard on a 4 series.

Looking on the configurer and based on today's options for a 4 series, there is about £6K worth of options. Could have been slightly different when that car was purchased, but not £10K.

I assume the OP doesn't know how much kit is actually standard on the 4 series.

No longer for sale guys sorry.

@Steces - A new 435d with 4k worth of options is valued at 16k at the 4y - PCP FIGURES after you've already paid 40k for a car you don't even own.

Please don't try and ridicule me with a Welcome when I have been on these boards a lot longer than yourself Sir, just because I don't post doesn't mean I'm not an active member.

All the best for the New Year and I hope you have a good one.

Well hello there Mr. Passive Aggressive!! I have zero to add of value really but really lighten up a little!

Not certain if I'm actually allowed to comment as you've clearly been a member and as I can see by your post count highly active.......on throwing in that hand grenade - I'm out!

I've always been a 3 series man, I have had over 10 f30/f31 cars. I didnt realise so much was standard on a 4 series buddy.

About your welcome to the forum comment, it's better directed to yourself. I've been on this forum for over 7 years with alnost 1,500 posts. I would have posted more frequently but this forum has lost its touch. I get such a sense of derogatory feeling and pessimism thaf is not evident on other forums. I used to love this forum but now I spend maybe 60 seconds a day browsing. In my eyes the fbook forums have taken over. There is more of a positive community sense and attitude that is no longer found here. I see many members from here on there too, must be a jekyll and hyde thing

+1 Above and well said.

I advertised my car here first to gain interest from genuine BMW fans who appreciate nice things in life. If post count matters the forum would not allow me to advertise but for people to say I have only come here to sell a car is untrue.

It's up to the Admin if they want "New" members to advertise here which I assumed they do but looks like some members don't like it unless you have lots or or a few hundred post count.

I thought best if I removed my advert to stop any further bad banter as I am not desperate to sell the car nor the cash.

Irrespective of what the options may have cost, as Ahmedb put it, a very well spec' car. If in the condition that was stated, a good price at that mileage.

Fairly sad reflection when a guy just doing an honest advert to sell his car has to remove the post due to some of the comments received.

Post it again pal!

Keyboard warriors on this forum really make you lose interest and ruin it for everyone! They should be banned. Whatever the price the seller is asking for then that is his/her issue, if you deem it’s too expensive then keep it to yourself and not ruin it for the other person. Absolute joke and these people have nothing better to do. If an item is deemed too expensive in your personal opinion then post a relevant sold/selling comparison that will educate them, not to make people in two minds about posting something for sale. Jokers.

It’s a tough one as over on m3cutters if you posted an ad up with minimal posts you would be crucified. So I sort of get it from both sides.

On one hand you need to be polite and just not bother buying his car rather than going for the jugular but on the other hand being a member with minimal posts is not what you what call a valued member either. If everyone just browsed and never posted I don’t see how a forum would be any good.

Get both sides I guess. Brutal either way

Another forum I'm on requires new members to have a minimum of 30 posts prior to listing any adverts or having PM privileges, whilst another charges a small fee (think £5 for access to list on the classifieds).

Granted, it doesn't address the situation completely and you do sometimes get some very random posts but you can see how it could encourage people to stick around for a bit longer and prevent people from just creating an account to sell a car for free.
