Yep, i thought that would get your attention! Another failed horn yesterday. I have never used my horn on my 30 month old car and when i did - nothing!

I phoned up my local dealer who could not give me a slot for repair under warranty for another two weeks and advised me to call the emergency call out as its an MOT failure and the car should not be driven.

Well my car is being collected from home this this morning and another BMW 3 series is being dropped of for my use. My daughters 1 series had the same issue, so i would advice everyone just to check that theirs are working as it could be a common fault.

Its a common fault but there are two horns - low and high tone ones so unlucky to have both go at same time?

Probably!! Under warranty so not an issue... yet.

Yeah that's cool ... if I had to replace it more than once out of warranty though I'd try a different brand of horn
