CCB in Las Vegas

I have an M4 with CCB and my dad has an M5 with CCB. I have an M5 comp on order and he has a regular M5 on order. I'm getting CCB and he is on the fence. Mostly because in his current M5, he hates the brakes. There is very little give with the pedal, and it results in a very jerky drive for him and passengers (mainly my mom).

They feel completely different than my M4. Mine feel like normal brakes, except when on the track there's literally 0 fade and I feel like I can go forever.

Honestly his car sucks to drive because of the brakes. If you don't brake just right it feel like you're slamming on the brakes.

I am wondering if anyone in the Vegas area has an M5 with CCB that they might let my dad just test out the brakes. Nothing crazy, literally just one or two slow stops is all he needs to do to see how they feel. If he spends $120K on this car with CCB and they feel like his F10 he is going to be pissed so I want to make sure he is making the right decision.

He's just afraid they will be the same as his F10.

IMO it's way better, no snatch or grab but initial touch does pull the car up some in a good way.

Have you driven an F10 with CCB? Were they what I described?

I just don't get it why his would be like that but my M4's are perfect.

I have owned both M5 and M6 GC CP, but they did not have CCB, but I did try them on both cars, never found them a real problem but they were a bit on/off, but things have improved since then and as you say you M4 is very good so the M5 should be as good.
Try and get a test drive if you can.

I have the F10 with CCB, and yes, it's like what he described. The initial bite can be jerky so have to be really gentle. Every time I switch back from my other cars it always catches me.

Haven't driven the F90 on CCB so can't comment on improvement.
