Power source available near 3rd brake light? For dashcam

Hi, just wondering if anyone knows whether there's a power source, either constant or ignition based back where the 3rd brake light is up on top of the rear window?

Ideally something that can be tapped into with just the plastic cover off rather than needing to take off the roof liner panel...
