Cornering Lights.

Anyone know the definitive answer on what form of cornering lights are fitted (if any are fitted) to a UK F30 320i LCI with the standard fit LED headlights/foglights). If fitted, how do they work?

They are only fitted with Adaptive Icon LED headlights. They use the fogs and they look come on at speeds under 10 mph when turning or indicating. They aren’t great and look silly to be honest

I have a 440 lci with standard led none adaptive and I coded mine in with BimmerCode took about 5 mins. They work great

It was Bimmercode that stimulated my interest. Now I understand. Thanks. Do they come on at all times when cornering at slow speed? Or what...low beams on?

I have coded them to come on when reverse is selected too.

Serves no real purpose as you're going in the opposite direction but looks good

They come on when main headlights do so when dusk etc. I just leave mine in auto. They work to approx 15mph. I think nice little coding possibility. Also as stated mine come on when in reverse both sides so looks quite good and really brightens in front even tho u goin other direction 😂
