So my question is whats the difference between leasing and renting ??
If I look at the officiall site from bmw it has the options to choose between leasing or renting and buying??
So can anyone tell me the differences please??

Below is true for Belgium, can't judge for other countries.

There is an accounting difference between the two: whereas renting is seen as a cost, and thus does not appear on your company's balance sheet, leasing does feature on that balance sheet (and is therefore an investment with a write-off, normally of 5 years).
Additionally, the "residual-value" of the contract differs (at least 16% for renting, maximum of 15% for leasing).

Leasing can also include a number of services (maintenance, tires, etc). With renting you're basically financing the car, without any services.

Since your Belgian: https://www.kbc.be/ondernemen/nl/art...g-renting.html
