Idrive service menu colours

Hi folks, my car is due a brake fluid service which the Idrive says needs to be done 07/2018. I called to book it in and as it's also due an MOT in Aug and the warranty runs out in very early September they suggested they carry out the service, MOT and end of warranty inspection at the same time. They suggested booking it in some time in August, but when I queried them on whether that meant the recorded service in the Idrive would show as Amber rather than green he said not, he said you have a two month window to carry out the service. Is this correct? Can anyone confirm what colour this service will show in Idrive, and whether it really matters if its yellow or green.

It will show as green if done within the time frame.

So if the Idrive is saying it's due in July, will it only be green if it's carried out by the end of July, or do I have the two month grace period so it'll still be green as long as it's done by the end of September?

Is the warranty still valid when a service history 'OK' is amber?

Reason being I looked at a car where the service history had amber 'OK's next to the first Oil and Microfilter services. These were at around 19k miles, and an additional number of 1900 miles was shown on the details page for each. I assume this to be how many miles overdue the service was carried out?
