Sorry if short parts of your videos were used. This isn't against youtube fair use policy though. Taking small videos and putting them together to create entirely new content is fair use. Also i dont notice any ads so he probably hasnt even turned monetization on. Is this really a huge problem for you?

@MR. I'm sorry if I used any of your content. I took a couple of youtube videos and took some small parts to make it easier for the viewer to understand what I was talking about. Usually I make reviews in the showroom but since this car isn't out yet I wasn't able to film this myself.

The way I made the video is okay with the youtube guidelines. You might have seen some "reaction videos" or other videos on youtube that almost completely use other peoples content and it's still fair use policy. I do not agree with it to THAT extend but I do agree with youtube that if you take some videos and make an original video out of it then it's fair use. For instance, the content I have in my video that isn't my own is maybe 1 minute out of the 5 minute video. Sometimes I took a screenshot of a video and photoshopped the regular M2 to show the difference.

And bmwnothingelse is right, I did not monetize this video. I make these for entertainment purposes as a hobby. The last thing I want is to make people feel bad with my videos. If you can tell me what part of the video is your content I will make sure you get credit for it. I would have done this before if I had known you were the original creator, sadly the video i used was from someone who wasn't the original filmer either.

Is that okay with you?

The content belongs to Shmee150 and I shot it. Next time just ask before using someone's content and this kind of things don't happen.

Even though it might be allowed within the rules of YouTube, the fact that you steal something without asking is never the right way forward, also not when you purposely cover the Shmee150 logo in the lower right hand corner.

It is fine for me now, but next time drop a message before acting!

July seems pretty late considering the production will start in July as well. I remember reviews were out for the base M2 months before people received their first allocations. If I remember correctly, dealer/HEA cars were delivered in April 2016 and the reviews were already out around January. Even Bimmerpost tested the car at Laguna Seca in February 2016. Is it just you or no tests/reviews will be allowed till July?

Those were probably preproduction M2s, which likely weren’t representative of the final production models. Some manufacturers don’t allow instrumented testing of anything but regular production cars now.
