Not sure if this is good enough clarification but... https://www.bmwusa.com/5-series-loyalty.html
First line seems a little ambiguous with the current or former portion but this is what it says -- In order to qualify for the BMW 5 Series Loyalty Credit, loyal current or former BMW owners or lessees must show proof of ownership or BMW Financial Services account number and qualify for credit approval. "2018 5 Series RECEIVE A $2,000 LOYALTY CREDIT NOW THROUGH May 31, 2018" |

OP: do you really expect everyone to check the time of the original post in this type of situation? The responder did not seem snide to me (at least not to the OP; maybe to BMWNA) and your response will not likely lead to others trying to assist you in the future.

Well definitely did not mean for it to be snide by any means but my apologies if I came off that way.
If you'd rather just not receive replies, then that is totally fine by me lol |
