Paint protection (x-pel) install South Jersey?

Can anyone recommend a good place to install some form of paint protection on my new M2?

I went to Armorshield Auto Spa for my Ceramic Pro coating, in Cherry Hill. They also do X-Pel. While they didn't put PPF on my car, they did a fantastic job with the Ceramic Pro with great attention to detail. Not the cheapest, but it's worth it to pay for talented installers.

They were also doing a McLaren around the same time as my car...

Thanks guys, I have contacted 2 of the people on this list, waiting for an estimate from one more. I'm refraining from driving it until I get it protected.

So it's down to LeeBerbs or the guy my dealership recommended. I have so far heard from 3 people that were extremely happy with Lee, but I don't know anyone other than the dealership who can recommend their guy. Lee is a little pricier, so I'm thinking hard about this. The guy the dealership recommends does high end cars for dealerships and also works out of his home. Bonus is that dealership guy lives 2 towns over from me, so drop off and pick up would be easier. Argh... decisions decisions.

Definitely tough choice and obviously I can't speak for the guy recommended by your dealership, but Lee is awesome!! Can't recommend him enough.

Oakes Detail in West Chester would have been a great choice.

G/L with the project.

Hey, was wondering what your thoughts were on the ceramic coating? Does it really keep the paint cleaner longer and easier to clean?

So far, so good. Hand washed it twice since I got it, and both times it's super easy. Dirt just flakes right off basically.

For longevity, I don't know, but from a maintenance perspective, a simple wash with soap and it ends up looking like I just washed and hand waxed the whole thing.

That's awesome. Maybe I'll do this treatment in the future. For now though, it's P21s.

How did things turn out? And if you don't mind my asking what were the typical rates you were quoted for this area?

Pricing now for my new car... once it finally gets here.. and want to have a good place lined up so i can drive straight there from the dealership.

They turned out great. I ended going up to Hillsborough for it. Who is your purchasing dealer? Mine was Flemington.

Cool. I was thinking the Xpel was too expensive at first and then I saw it in Stealth. OMG is that sexy lol and soooo much more $$$.

Hey I'm going through Flemington as well. Test drove at Cherry hill but... they still haven't gotten back to me and I'm on their "list". Same thing when I bought my Lexus. The Cherry Hill dealer sucked and didn't want to work with me so I drove up north to get it.

I had the same problem, but with Circle in Eatontown. For the test drives they were great They didn't have the config I wanted, but said they could get it, and they'd call me Monday morning. No call ever occurred, but after some internet research I found Flemington had what I wanted. Went up there that Monday evening and drove home in the car. Circle didn't get back to me until THURSDAY of that same week. Unbelievable. Maybe they were having a bad week. I don't know. Their parts dept is great tho.

amancuso So far Flemington has been amazing. Working with Chris. Got their contact as they were the Costco rep. They had a 2018 but wasn't my color or spec. Then I started researching and found out about the M2C and decided to wait on the newer version since the 2018 would only be a few thousand less...

He put me on the list, gave a deposit and called me immediately to put in my build and order. At MSRP. He's been responsive and answers all of my crazy anal emails lol. I tend to drive my car dealer's crazy, especially when I order which seems to be a trend with me lol. Now just waiting on my production number.

I'll probably service at Cherry Hill because they are so close to me though.

Got a quote from Leeberbs for the PPF and ceramic coatings. I honestly don't think spending that much on something I can't see is worth it. But I do love that Stealth look.....

Reached out to Dealer's domain but no response. I'll try them again as well.

I didn't go with ceramic, just the XPEL, and it was worth it. When I brought the car home I just waxed it with P21S and it looks great. When you say Cherry Hill, I'm assuming you mean BMW of Mt. Laurel?

Haha yeah. I forget they are on the border. I go to the Lexus deal literally right next to them and they are Cherry Hill so I tend to call the BMW dealer Cherry Hill as well.

Whats interesting is I've had nothing but good experiences with BMW of Mt Laurel. I don't know if it's because I had bought my last car from them, but they made getting the M2 easy. They got me a build slot by trading one of their X6Ms to a dealer in Houston, back when it was relatively hard to get ahold of a M2.

Maybe they didn't have as many allocations this time and there were people ahead of me. All I know is no one from that dealer has contacted me and I went there over a month ago.

Good to know you had a great experience with them. They were very nice when I went in. I just think the salesman was more interested in pushing the M2 they had on the lot. Maybe because I'm female they didn't take me seriously???

I still plan to get my new car serviced there though.
