connecteddrive app/i remote app issues today?
Anyone else out there have issues with their connecteddrive or iremote apps? My apps are not displaying any updated information. I called the support number and they said they have sad "server issues." Wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same, or if your apps are working fine?

Yes exact same issue. Started this morning like 12 hours ago is when I first saw it. Basically looks like I don’t have an active subscription. They verified my subscription is good until 2021 and they also said they’re having server issues.

Thanks for the reply. I guess it's good to know it's not specific to my vehicle. I was worried cause I literally just got my car back from the shop a few days ago where they had to reset the computer or something so I thought it was still glitched out.

Working fine for me as well. Ichiro1 - you able to get the app to work today? Perhaps they resolved the issue.

Mine stopped giving notifications on my new I-Phone; my old I-Phone even though it is not connected to a cellular signal when it has Wi-Fi it still keeps getting the notifications and new phone is not getting them.
