Quick Tire Question

Hey guys, i was wondering if it would be ok to run michellin pa4's 245/40/18 all around on my OEM 219M wheels (Rear 9.5) (front 8.5) ?

How do you think my car will perform on dry cold roads/in the snow running this setup? iv'e tried searching but have had no luck.Thanks!
