Rail Pressure Sensor- Code 276B00

This code has came up a few times while ISTA reading but it was never reading maximum exceeded like today or triggered a check engine light.

I always reset it since i was clearing other codes during retrofits, but this time it stays on. The CEL is gone (for now) but codes still there.

Anyone else experienced this code?

Code 276B00

Description:
Rail pressure sensor deviation test:maximum exceeded

I have a chip express tuner/chip in it. I don't drive excessive or floor it, just normal driving. Would this cause any issues?

ISTA says to check connections and wires. If thats ok to replace the rail pressure sensor. Has anyone done this before?

Have you tried removing the chip, clearing the code and see if it reappears?
