Vibration under braking, likely control arms, reccommendations

I've got a lot of vibrations on the my e91 under braking. The discs have been changed so the only other likely culprit is the control arms or wishbones from what I've read.

I've read that the m3 wishbones and control arms give a better feel and last longer. Has anyone got any recommendations of model numbers so I can look to order some. I've seen a lot of posts but no model numbers.

Cheers

Do upper and lower control arms

While you are at it, check your tie rods, and replace them while under there, with the control arms removed, it makes it very easy to do with all the clearance. My first tie rod had siezed by 80,000 miles and the second by 95,000 miles. I had to cut them off they were in such bad shape.

I ordered stock replacement ones from RockAuto

I got mine from RockAuto, they had the oem replacement ones. When done, go straight to get an alignment done.
