Driver side toward front. Not trans fluid (manual trans) or power steeering (chf-11 gold)

Trains is no where near this location but found out it's the fluid from a busted control arm tension strut bushing that failed

I would if I tracked it but since I don?t and already have more inside wear I don?t want the extra negative camber.

Are you sure you didn't murder something? If so, you'll need the m3 arms for better turn in to help avoid killing animals in the future

If any of your fluids are non OEM, it can be hard to identify by color alone. Have you felt it and smelled it?
Possible leaks: - Non oem power steering - Brake fluid from clutch or brake master cylinder - Coolant

Can?t now since it?s gone but since I don?t know what bushing fluid tastes like it wouldn?t confirm anything.

True, there are limits; trade-offs start to occur once past a fairly defined threshold, but even then, driving style, tire compound, etc. have way more to do with the equation than camber alone. I've gone from factory -0.5* of camber to -2* while keeping the same 1/16" total toe up front and the tires have worn at the same exact even rate for 10s of thousands of miles on my street-only driven E90. |

I don't think you need to track the car to appreciate the addition of more steering precision. Even if the tires wear slightly more due to the increased Camber (it's not increased to a significant degree, so the additional inner tire wear would be marginal, if any), the benefits to the driving experience are worthwhile in my opinion.
Either way....new control arms are in order....so why not upgrade? |

With that said, I have this set up and NVH goes up quite a bit with the M3 tension struts. If your stock bushings leaked that much fluid and you didn't notice a change in handling, you're better off with stock replacements IMO. |
