Right now, i have ZERO music streaming ability in my 2010 E92 335i. Theres a very stupid reason for it, too. Either way, i need some parts:
-mulf 2 box in the trunk is missing, its the one that should go on that empty bracket
-all corresponding cables for mulf 2 box
-USB/AUX input box and its cables

I can possibly get the mulf 2 from a seller on this site. I can always just order the AUX/USB box and its cable too. I have no idea what the mulf 2 cable looks like or where to get it.

If there is anyone who knows what else i need, please speak up, especially those who have messed around with this stuff. I really could use the help.

Does You car have nav? Get a combox Unit.

If not - You'll need this plug part # 61136920074 - Then a USB Cable 61119129360. Go to the Connected Drive Section and look up Bluetooth Retrofit for more info. This has been beaten to death and back over there.

Whats the box in the picture because the empty slot on the other side
is for the Sat module.
Close ups of the labeling please.
Only a combox will do streaming and you must have idrive for streaming to work.
You can do usb with a mulf 2 hi but no A2DP.

Sat module? i have XM radio and nav, but no box. Anyways, thanks.

Im also not interested in combox. I simply want to hook up my aux cable and listen to music on my phone the old fashion way.

Box in the pic is Bluetooth tcu, he has cic so his xm is built into the head unit

Why when You can still old fashion and more with a combox and same installation?

This is the connector housing that fits the MulfII Unit. Basically take the two connectors of the white plug from your tau and pin them accordingly and place it to the new plug connector. You have to run new cables for AUX to work again as well.

Yes you can get aux and usb with a mulf 2 high but you
might as well get a combox to get streaming. (because you said
streaming )
Either one will give you usb and aux but only the combox
will give you aux , usb and wireless streaming.

You should also be prepared for the programming you are going to
need to do to integrate this module with your car and idrive.

My car had it from the factory. One of the idiots who owned it before sold the entire AUX/USB capabilities unit. Everything. Even the damn input box.
