Adjust waste gates with inlets installed?

The usual way of adjusting the rear waste gate is to go in from the top, but with MMP inlets installed, thats not an option. Is there any easy way to go from below? I really don't want to take off the rear inlet since its such a PITA to get back on. Remove DP?

I want to see pictures of the washer method of adjusting the waste gates. I don't understand where these 2 bolts are at that must be removed, as from what i can tell, the waste gates have 3 bolts on the back of them. Any thread i look at that may have these pictures on them, the picture isn't working. An what is this C-clip people are referencing? i don't have that, and again, no picture shows where its at.

The rear turbo actuator can be accessed from underneath. You may have to move the steering rack (2 bolts), I can't remember.

These 2 threads have the best info:

Here are the 2 bolts on the actuator. You're not touching anything on the other side of the arm where it connects to the WG, including the C-clip.

So one just backs off those bolts enough to fit 2 washers (modified to make a C)between each bolt head and bracket face then tightens the snot out of them?

Yeah I actually took the top bolt out and used whole washers, but the bottom is harder to get to so I loosened it and slid in cut washers. The washers go between the bracket and the compressor housing though. Wouldn't do anything the way you described it.
